Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Specialist to assist in managing client relationships, processing new sales, and supporting our customer support team. You will be responsible for handling inquiries from potential clients, guiding them through our service offerings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients about our services, focusing on WordPress website development, managed hosting, and related offerings.
  • Assist clients with selecting the right service plans and features based on their needs.
  • Process new sales orders and ensure accurate account setup in WHMCS.
  • Provide onboarding support to new clients, ensuring they understand the services and tools available to them.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address any pre-sales technical questions.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships to encourage service upgrades and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support or customer service, ideally within the web hosting or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, managed WordPress hosting, and web hosting services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored service recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and billing tools like WHMCS.
  • A proactive attitude towards sales and client relationship management.
