Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Support Specialist to manage client billing and payment processes. You will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, processing payments, and managing accounts through WHMCS. Your role is crucial in maintaining accurate billing records and ensuring that clients have a smooth payment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing inquiries from clients, resolving issues related to invoices, payments, and account status.
  • Process payments, refunds, and account adjustments using WHMCS.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Assist clients with billing-related questions, including pricing, service renewals, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure consistent communication and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and generate financial reports as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management on billing trends and potential improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in billing support or customer service, preferably in the web hosting or IT industry.
  • Familiarity with WHMCS or similar billing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle billing disputes and resolve them amicably.
  • Basic understanding of web hosting services, including managed WordPress hosting, is a plus.
