Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator/DevOps Engineer to manage our server infrastructure and ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our hosting services. This role will also involve setting up and maintaining our WHMCS platform for billing and customer support, making you an integral part of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor server environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain web hosting environments, including cloud services (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
- Implement security measures to protect against threats and ensure data integrity.
- Set up, configure, and maintain the WHMCS platform for automated billing, customer support, and account management.
- Optimize server performance, monitor logs, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Automate deployment processes and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical support for internal teams and clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean) and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with WHMCS, including setup and customization.
- Understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and firewall configurations.
- Ability to script in Bash, Python, or other relevant languages.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
