By signing up for any of our hosting plans and services, you signify your acceptance of these terms. Please note that fatSpiders reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services if we believe they have been used inappropriately or in violation of our policies.
Indemnification
As a fatSpiders customer, you agree to protect, indemnify, and hold fatSpiders, its agents, customers, officers, employees, and administration harmless from any stipulations, liabilities, losses, expenses, and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that may arise from any service provided or performed, or any product sold by you, your agents, employees, or assigns. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any injury to person or property caused by products sold or distributed in connection with fatSpiders services.
- The loss of any electronic files furnished by you or your customers.
- Copyright violations and any defective products sold to customers using fatSpiders services.
Account Information and Domain WHOIS Info
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your domain name(s) in connection with your account. This includes information for the Registered Name Holder, administrative, technical, and billing contacts. You must update this information promptly to keep it current. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your services.
Conditions
fatSpiders reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Our services must be used for lawful purposes only. You agree not to transmit, store, or present any information, data, or material that violates any applicable laws, including but not limited to Nigerian law. Prohibited content includes:
- Illegal material, including copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, phishing, and misleading material.
- Warez, including pirated software, ROMS, emulators, hacking tools, and related content.
- IRC hosts that connect to other IRC networks without authorization.
- Data mining or cryptocurrency mining on our servers.
- Prohibited contents such as automated bots, hate sites, and child pornography.
Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM)
The transmission of unsolicited commercial or bulk email through our service is strictly prohibited. Violation of this SPAM policy may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of your hosting account. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected criminal violations.
Bandwidth
If your account exceeds the allocated bandwidth limit, we will notify you. If you do not wish to purchase additional bandwidth or upgrade your account and continue to exceed your limit, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved or the account is upgraded.

Account Verification
Failure to complete the account verification process will result in no refund being provided under any circumstances.
Uptime Guarantee
Scheduled maintenance by fatSpiders or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.
Backups
We provide backups for our Shared Hosting, Business, and WordPress Hosting plans. Backup frequency varies based on the plan. If your account exceeds 10GB of usage, contact us for special backup options.
FREE Domain
We offer free domain registration with select yearly hosting plans. The free domain is provided for the first year and remains the primary domain of the host account. Transferring the free domain to another registrar is subject to a fee.
Security
You are responsible for the security of your account and must take measures to prevent unauthorized access. Sharing your password and account access with unauthorized users is prohibited. Attempting to obtain another user’s account password is strictly prohibited.
Billing Policy
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and Bank Transfer. Accounts paid for by these methods are set up immediately upon payment confirmation. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is applicable only to first-time signups.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted through the client area, not via ticket or email. After approval, you can continue using your service until the end of your billing cycle. Please make backups before termination as data loss may occur. Refunds do not cover domain charges, setup fees, or other non-refundable items.
Suspended Service Renewal Ultimatum
Overdue invoices must be settled within 14 days to prevent account suspension. After suspension, a redemption fee applies for reinstatement. Failure to renew within the specified time may result in account termination.
Web Hosting Discounts
Discounted rates for hosting plans are available for the initial term only. Renewals will be charged at the regular rate.
Refusal of Service
fatSpiders reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our discretion. We may modify our terms of service at any time, and all customers are bound by the latest terms published on our website.
